BRAND
KAUST Enrichment for Youth
ABOUT
A WordPress website and refreshed visual identity were created for KAUST Enrichment for Youth (KEY) to showcase diverse extracurricular programs and elevate student engagement. The brand system features bright KAUST-aligned colors, modern typography, a key-themed logo, and a custom illustration that became a central mark across materials. The result has been warmly received—boosting pride and participation and leading to continued collaboration, including a strong recommendation from the program’s director.

Branding and Hub for K-12 Enrichment
KAUST Enrichment for Youth (KEY) is a KAUST program that spotlights extracurricular learning for K–12 students in the university community. Their mission is to inspire curiosity and confidence across science, tech, arts, and leadership—connecting families with high-quality enrichment paths.
I ran stakeholder interviews and content audits, clarified goals, and organized programs into a clear information architecture. From there, I created a vibrant brand system—bright KAUST-aligned colors, modern typography, a key-inspired logo, and a custom hero illustration—then translated it into a responsive Framer website with reusable components, page templates, and simple content workflows.
The KEY site served as the central hub for all youth opportunities, making it easier for parents and students to discover, filter, and act on programs. The brand and illustration have become recognizable signals across digital and print, boosting pride and recognition. Positive feedback from users and leadership led to ongoing collaboration, including a take-home brochure that extends the web experience to in-person events.
The KEY program lost funding in 2024, therefore the website is no longer live. Please view my sizzle reel video of the updated Figma website mockup instead of the live website.
